Summary
An excellent opportunity for recent college graduates to launch a successful career in the mortgage industry. Includes paid training, hands‑on experience, and the chance to learn from seasoned professionals in wholesale lending. Gain foundational knowledge of mortgage sales, broker relationships, and loan operations through structured online training, mentorship, and collaboration with coaches and leadership. This role is designed to help you grow into a high‑performing Centralized Account Executive.
Principal Duties
Formulate and establish funding projections/goals in conjunction with Wholesale leadership to align with Wholesale and Correspondent loan production, quality, and volume targets.
Perform initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approval process through inbound and outbound calls.
Use company provided leads and marketing resources to meet minimum volume goals.
Collaborate with Wholesale leadership and Corporate business partners to develop/implement marketing strategies within assigned territory/account list.
Conduct online presentations at broker offices to promote the Company’s Value Proposition and present our process, product and technology platforms.
Serve as subject matter expert on company policies, procedures, products and technology.
Collaborate with loan operations team to manage active pipeline.
Escalate second reviews to appropriate Operations/Underwriting leadership.
Establish communication protocol with Client Relations Managers to optimize service delivery.
Assist clients with lock reconciliation, extensions and exceptions.
Ensure that clients understand the Company’s loan processing, underwriting and closing processes.
Education and Experience Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Sales experience preferred.
0–2 years of related experience.
