We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead all sales and business development efforts for the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Pflugerville, TX.

As the Director of Sales, you will:

Drive new business through proactive sales efforts and local market outreach

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and local accounts

Identify new revenue opportunities and grow existing business

Execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals

Collaborate with hotel leadership to align sales efforts with overall property performance

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong knowledge of the local market and a proactive, outside-sales mindset

Proven ability to generate leads and close business

Wyndham brand experience is a plus, but not required
