We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead all sales and business development efforts for the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Pflugerville, TX.
As the Director of Sales, you will:
- Drive new business through proactive sales efforts and local market outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and local accounts
- Identify new revenue opportunities and grow existing business
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to align sales efforts with overall property performance
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of the local market and a proactive, outside-sales mindset
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business
- Wyndham brand experience is a plus, but not required
