The Content Accelerator is within the Human Health Organization. The overall organization mission of the Content Accelerator is to accelerate our commercial transformation, with a focus on modernizing content creation for our launches to enable a competitive advantage across global markets. This role in Global Content Marketing will be focused on supporting launch brands. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on brand building, creative development, communication strategies, and leading the development of core content (promotional and medical ed) for HCPs and HCCs aligned with the commercial strategy and desired customer experience for key global brands.
Additional Key Responsibilities
Strategic partner and Content Expert to Global Brand Team, ensuring strategy realization during launch lifecycle
Leads core content creative execution efforts from briefing creation (Workfront), content development and management (tools/technology enhancements), Medical Legal Review (PRT) and compliant content accessibility & storage (DAM)
Embraces and implements technology advances to drive further content creation efficiency
Co-manage and provide oversight in day-to-day agency relationships specific to core content creation (timelines, consolidated direction, scope support)
Partner with CA Agency Team for AOR escalations
Consultative partner to development of Branding & Campaign Implementation Guidance ensuring brand consistency and standardization (supporting scalability)
Collaborates to ensure ELMs/HHI have access to globally-developed core strategic content, tools and technology for seamless re-use; executes governance plans
Identifies and creates content to support Global Congress efforts for launch lifecycle, sharing recommendations with GHQ marketing stakeholders
Manages content lifecycle during launch/post-launch period (global content renewals, updates, retirement)
Model the Content Accelerator vision through rapid adoption of AI enhancements
Consultant to Global Brand and Content Accelerator Teams providing input, guidance, updates and validation to operating model principles and structure
The candidate will ensure all activities are in full compliance with appropriate regulations and company policies.
Position Qualifications
Education Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
Required Experience and Skills
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing execution, digital media planning and customer analytics
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry marketing/digital marketing/market support/sales functions
Astute business and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex scientific data into medical education/promotion content story development
Ability to translate complex scientific principles into simple and impactful consumer communications
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, such as L3 Next
Prior success leading cross-functional teams
Agency/vendor management experience
Strong project management and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience and Skills
Therapeutic knowledge of pharma, vaccines, or other therapeutic areas that require complex scientific understanding
Product/New Indication/Market event launch experience
Experience and demonstrated leadership working with key marketing stakeholders, and country contacts
Experience with Veeva Promomats
Creative thinking / problem-solving skills / story-telling expertise
Ability to communicate proactively and effectively
Self-motivated; hands-on approach to work
Practical knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks with experience working in global cross-functional teams
Strong strategic thinking
Experience using analytics to measure and optimize digital initiatives/campaigns

Salary and Compensation
The salary range for this role is $142,400.00 - $224,100.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
