Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree with major in accounting, finance or economics, business administration, risk management or equivalent experience is preferred
8+ years of financial service experience in vendor management / supplier oversight, controls, risk management, or compliance-related functions preferred
Candidates should be action oriented with a focus on results, display strong analytical skills, be able to assess and clearly articulate complex ideas and possess creativity
Strong interpersonal, communication skills (both oral and written) are required as the role will interact with JPMC and Supplier personnel at various levels
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proactively monitor supplier adherence to contractual requirements, policies and procedures and analyze and communicate impact of risks and losses (actual and potential)
Participate in, and where needed, implement cross functional initiatives to drive change
