Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Relationship Manager based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with remote work flexibility. The Account Relationship Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, identifying client needs, creating growth strategies, and delivering consistent, measurable outcomes. The role requires regular communication with clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring projects align with client objectives.
