As a Business Execution Consultant 2 - Contingent, you will be part of the Business Operations department supporting Merchant Services. What's the Job?
Support the documentation process by publishing content using the content management system.
Perform metadata updates within the content management system to ensure accurate and accessible information.
Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution.
Review and analyze basic or tactical assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
Provide clear and concise information to client personnel, supporting compliance and operational policies.
What's Needed? At least 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
Proficiency in content management systems, particularly OpenText.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
