Join our dynamic team at Bickford Senior Living as a Family Advocate. The Family Advocate is the sales leader responsible for driving occupancy and revenue in a Bickford Branch while maintaining empathy and compassion for seniors and their families during aging transitions.

Responsibilities

Conduct personalized tours and follow-up communications with prospective residents and families.

Manage the customer relationship management tool (CRM) to ensure documentation and organization of follow-up activities.

Ensure branch staff are trained in phone and tour hospitality.

Assist in managing the move‑in process for smooth transitions.

Identify and build relationships with community professionals to generate referrals.

Stage the branch to provide an optimal customer experience.

Complete weekly and quarterly goal‑setting meetings with branch leadership.

Qualifications

High‑school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in sales or marketing preferred.

Experience in senior housing sales leadership preferred but not required.

Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with ability to learn new applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational and time‑management skills.

Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.

Valid driver’s license with a driving record consistent with company guidelines.
