Program Supervisor

Program Supervisor – Adult Services
We are seeking a Program Supervisor to lead and support our adult behavioral health teams across multiple sites in Berwyn, West Chester, Downingtown, and Devon, PA. This leadership role ensures therapeutic, social, emotional, and safety services align with Devereux’s Philosophy of Care and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
As a Program Supervisor you will:

Supervise direct support professionals and staff in assigned residential facilities.

Direct daily operations of facilities, ensuring quality services meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of residents.

Maintain compliance with established procedures, standards of conduct, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support patient and staff success.

Qualifications

Age 21 or older.

Valid driver’s license.

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.

Three (3) years of human services experience required.

At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

Strong communication skills, empathy, teamwork, creativity, and knowledge of behavior management theories.

Ability to complete new‑hire orientation and ongoing professional development.

Physical Requirements
Significant walking, sitting, and standing; lifting or managing resistance of 75–100 lbs or more; repetitive wrist/hand movements; normal hearing and vision; occasional computer use; occasional driving of Devereux vehicles; ability to meet the safe and positive approaches mastery.
