We are seeking an energetic and collaborative Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and establish thought leadership in our Managed Services and Distribution solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, engage clients, and foster business growth.

Your Responsibilities:
Support Demand Generation and Campaign Execution:
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to facilitate lead generation and enhance pipeline growth. Execute multi-channel marketing actions (including digital, content, events, and webcasts) to captivate target audiences and derive qualified leads. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Enhance Client Engagement and Cross-Sell Opportunities:
Drive campaigns that promote engagement across multiple solutions, identifying and fostering cross-sell opportunities in our Managed Services and Distribution offerings. Collaborate with sales and client teams to ensure marketing initiatives enhance client engagement and expansion.
Create Compelling Messaging and Content:
Work alongside subject matter experts and marketing channel owners to craft clear and persuasive messaging. Transform intricate service concepts into accessible, audience-friendly materials for campaigns and sales enablement, tailoring communications for different segments, including prospects and current clients.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Coordinate efforts with corporate marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to achieve alignment and consistency in campaigns. Support initiatives to position Managed Services as integrated solutions within ACA's broader offerings. Maintain effective communication with sales teams for campaign alignment and lead follow-up.
Execute & Track Marketing programs:
Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and project tracking using tools such as Asana. Monitor performance and provide reports on key metrics (e.g., leads, engagement, and conversion rates). Use insights to recommend improvements for future campaign effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services.
Experience in supporting or executing lead generation campaigns is essential.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, or similar platforms is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in product or solutions marketing.
Background in supporting campaigns that span multiple offerings or business lines.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and demand generation strategies.
