The Opportunity
The VBC Brand Designer role will support the development and execution of creative across some of the world’s most iconic vehicle brands. This is a hybrid hands‑on design and art‑direction role. You will contribute to concept development, execution of final assets, and collaborate closely with senior creatives, cross‑functional teams, external creative agencies and vendors to bring brand storytelling and identity to life across multiple touchpoints.

What Your Impact Will Be
Creative Development & Execution

Translate brand strategy and guidelines into strong concepts and creative solutions.

Execute creative assets across print, digital, social, retail, and experiential.

Develop production‑ready layouts with high attention to typography, composition, and detail.

Prepare presentations including mood boards, mockups, and creative decks.

Provide art direction and feedback to external agencies and vendors under senior creative guidance.

Uphold a high‑level of creative craft.

Collaboration & Workflow

Partner with Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriter, and Marketing teams to refine and execute ideas.

Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently and professionally.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Maintain organized files and adhere to production workflows to ensure smooth handoffs and on‑time delivery.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in brand or graphic design (agency or in‑house preferred).

Strong portfolio demonstrating multi‑channel brand execution.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Proficiency in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation building tools.

Experience in print and digital design; social or experiential experience a plus.

Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) to support creative development.

Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and layout.

Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.

The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
