Sales Representative, Major Accounts
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.
You’ll spend most of your time selling in the field and also document and manage multiple sales cycles, staying through implementation until the solutions are up and running. As you close more deals, you earn industry‑leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and awards. Leaders will provide continued sales training and support advancement.
Responsibilities
Sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory.
Cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around HCM initiatives.
Manage complete sales cycles from prospecting to closing and post‑implementation support.
Sell ADP’s suite of solutions to executives and accurately forecast the sales pipeline.
Document and manage multiple sales cycles, ensuring client solutions are implemented successfully.
Collaborate with internal partners and demonstrate ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
Proven winner with a strong track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style, strong cold‑calling, time‑management, and presentation skills.

College degree is an advantage but not required; alternative experience:
Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
Military experience valued for discipline and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
