Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts in order to generate business.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong expertise in brand marketing and understanding of the digital landscape and customer experience-based marketing practices. You will work directly with our team to maximize the impact of our brand and demonstrate our vision of being the superior choice in our area.

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Youtube, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness

Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)

Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

Plan and execute campaigns and events, develop sales strategies and goals

Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events

Create online and offline marketing content

Conduct sales calls and support business development activities

Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing referral sources

Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional advertising.

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong understanding of campaign strategy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships

Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably in an educational setting.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

A curious learner with a growth mindset.

Ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Front Desk Agent
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

Register and assign rooms to guests

Confirm phone and online reservations

Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints

Collect payment from departing guests

Keep records of occupied rooms and guests

Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with guests

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual a must
