Job Overview

We’re seeking an Inside Sales / Order Processing Specialist to manage order entry, coordinate shipments, and handle documentation for a well-established manufacturing company. This full-time role offers long-term stability, a collaborative team environment, and hands‑on experience with logistics. No two days are the same—and your contributions will make a real impact.

Responsibilities

Process sales orders, schedule pickups, and prepare BOLs and shipping documents.

Work closely with internal teams and external warehouses to ensure on‑time deliveries.

Handle shipment claims and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Experience in inside sales, logistics, or order coordination.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Problem‑solving abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Familiarity with shipping documentation and international logistics is a plus.
