As a Senior Account Manager, your mission will be to drive business growth by identifying and nurturing new opportunities while closing deals across diverse markets. This dynamic role requires strategic prospecting and proactive engagement, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and consistently exceed sales targets. Your efforts will play a key role in establishing Teletrac Navman as the preferred platform in the industry.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Identify, develop, and successfully close new business opportunities.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to prioritize potential business opportunities.

Generate leads through targeted marketing follow-ups and strategic outbound calling.

Engage with target leads to assess their needs and determine qualification.

Create customized sales strategies tailored to individual accounts using account-based marketing techniques.

Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed quotas through prospecting, qualification, and management of sales opportunities.

Report on sales pipeline development, accurately forecast revenue, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.

Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, product, and customer success to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Learn and apply the principles of the Vontier Business System (VBS).

Maintain accurate records in SalesForce.com.

Achieve and exceed annual revenue quotas.

WHO YOU ARE
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.

7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, technical sales, and market analysis.

Demonstrated success in self-generated leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional presentation skills and proficiency in leading product demonstrations.

Familiarity with SalesForce.com, SalesLoft, and Chorus.

Established relationships within vertical associations are a plus.

A self-motivated, results-driven individual with excellent time management skills.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

A willingness to engage in ongoing training and a commitment to personal improvement.

Skilled at fostering collaborative relationships with team members, colleagues, and customers.

Willing to travel up to 25% domestically as required.

The base compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 per year, with final salary determined by various factors including experience, skills, location, and qualifications.
This position may also qualify you for a sales commission plan of 30% - 50% of your base salary.
