About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store, sell products, manage garment care and presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, welcoming customers and guiding them through the store or OMNI experience.

Engage in conversations with customers to offer advice and support.

Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.

Effectively promote and sell H&M products to customers.

Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.

Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

Keep up to date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers.

Share fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues.

Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements.

Participate in onboarding, training and developmental courses relevant to your role.

Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.

Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice.

Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.

Maintain attractive merchandise displays in line with visual and commercial guidelines.

Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.

Follow best practice for OMNI services, in‑store tech tools and services.

Support opening and closing duties of the store.

Adhere to H&S guidelines and applicable legal requirements.

Qualifications

Passionate about fashion and customer experience.

Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, decisiveness and action orientation.

Experience working in dynamic and collaborative retail or customer service environments.

Experience with customer service in fashion or related service‑related industries.

Positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.

Comfortable with working in a fast‑moving store environment.
