Job Overview

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Account Executive – Advanced Hemostasis and Healing (AHH) located in the New York, NY/NYP Columbia, NY territory.
Responsibilities

Focus on growing our hemostasis and wound closure platforms.
Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in an operating room setting.
Manage a sales territory focusing on assigned physicians and hospital institutions.
Achieve forecasted sales and set priorities based on sales opportunities.
Train clients on product use and answer technical questions.
Execute the selling cycle responsibly and ethically within healthcare compliance guidelines.
Conduct sales presentations and customer education seminars.
Analyze market data, stay updated, and contribute to business planning.
Build customer relationships with key physicians, hospital personnel, and authorized distributors.
Comply with safe behavior standards and maintain product, procedure, and clinical knowledge.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
1+ years of relevant business experience in medical sales (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology) or healthcare.
Demonstrated achievement of sales objectives.
Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications

High sales performance and growth.
Targeting accounts and achieving results through daily action plans.
Experience collaborating with peers, marketing, strategic account managers, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
Strong time management and planning skills.
Hospital-based pharmaceutical or medical device experience (operating room sales).
Experience in developing new, innovative markets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills.
Team oriented.
Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $67,000 to $108,100.
Eligible for company car through the FLEET program.
Health, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, group legal insurance.
Participation in consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Vacation: up to 120 hours per calendar year.
Sick time: up to 40 hours per calendar year.
Holiday pay including floating holidays: up to 13 days per calendar year.
Work, personal and family time: up to 40 hours per calendar year.
