Job Summary

Hammerspaceisseekingadynamicandresults drivenRegionalSalesDirector(RSD) in NY,toleadsaleseffortswithinanassignedgeographicregion.TheRSDwillberesponsiblefordrivingrevenuegrowth,buildingstrategiccustomerrelationships,andexpandingHammerspace’smarketpresence.ThisrolerequiresaprovensalesleaderwithexperienceinSaaSorenterprisesoftware,apassionforexceedingtargets,andtheabilitytocollaboratecross-functionallytodeliverexceptionalcustomeroutcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • SalesLeadership&Strategy: Developandexecutearegionalsalesplantomeetorexceedrevenuequotas,aligningwithHammerspace’soverallbusinessobjectives.
  • CustomerAcquisition: Identify,prospect,andclosenewbusinessopportunitieswithenterpriseclientswhocanbenefitfromHammerspace’sGlobalDataEnvironmentsolution.
  • AccountManagement: Buildandmaintainstrong,long-termrelationshipswithkeyaccounts,ensuringcustomersatisfaction,retention,andupsellopportunities.
  • TeamCollaboration: PartnerwithSalesDevelopmentRepresentatives(SDRs),Marketing,Product,andEngineeringteamstorefinemessaging,optimizecampaigns,andaddresscustomerneeds.
  • PipelineManagement: LeveragetoolslikeSalesforce,LinkedInSalesNavigator,andOutreachtomanageandtracksalespipelines,ensuringconsistentprogresstowardgoals.
  • MarketInsights: Analyzemarkettrends,competitoractivities,andcustomerfeedbacktoidentifygrowthopportunitiesandprovideactionableinsightstoleadership.
  • Forecasting&Reporting: Deliveraccuratesalesforecasts,performancereports,andregionalupdatestoseniormanagementonaregularcadence.
  • Travel: Conductin-personmeetings,attendindustryevents,andvisitclientsitesasneededtostrengthenrelationshipsandclosedeals(travelupto50%,dependingonregion).

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+yearsofenterprisesalesexperience,withatleast3yearsinSaaS,cloud,ordatamanagement/ Data Storage solutions.
  • TrackRecord: Provenhistoryofconsistentlymeetingorexceedingsalesquotasanddrivingsignificantrevenueor growthinaB2Benvironment.
  • TechnicalAcumen: FamiliaritywithITinfrastructure,cloudcomputing,storagesolutions,orfilesystems(experiencewithLinux,NFS,orrelatedtechnologiesisaplus).
  • Skills: Exceptionalcommunication,negotiation,andpresentationskills.
    Strongleadershipandabilitytomotivatecross-functionalteams.
    ProficiencywithCRMtools(e.g.,Salesforce)andsalesproductivityplatforms(e.g.,Outreach,LinkedInSalesNavigator).
  • Attributes: Self-motivated,customer-focused,andadaptableinafast-paced,high-growthenvironment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ExperiencesellingtoITDirectors,CIOs,orothersenior-leveldecision-makersindata-drivenorganizations.
  • Backgroundinunstructureddatamanagement,cloudstorage,orhybridinfrastructuresolutions.
  • Existingnetworkofenterprisecontactswithintheassignedregion.

Theextentrequiredbystateorlocalhiringregulations,wewillconsiderforemploymentanyqualifiedapplicant,includingthosewitharrestandconvictionrecords,inamannerconsistentwiththeapplicableregulation.

Theanticipatedcompensationrangeforthisroleis$300,000-350,000(OTE).Actualcompensationwillbedeterminedbyseveralfactorsincluding,butnotlimitedto,levelofprofessional/educationexperience,skills/abilities,internalequity,andbudgetaryconsiderations.Inaddition,Hammerspaceoffersabroadrangeofhealthplansformedical,dental,vision,lifeanddisability.Wealsooffer401kplansandflexibletimeoff.Applicationswillbeaccepteduntilthepositionisfilled.
