Intex Recreation Corp. is seeking a driven and strategic Ecommerce Territory Sales Manager to support the growth of our online and retail marketplace channels. This role blends traditional territory sales ownership with a strong focus on ecommerce account management, digital strategy, and cross‑functional execution. Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Account Management

  • Manage and grow ecommerce accounts, including marketplace and retail partners
  • Optimize product listings, content, and digital presence to drive visibility and conversion
  • Develop and execute account‑specific growth strategies

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to drive sell‑through
  • Analyze market trends, competitive pricing models, and segmentation opportunities

Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with operations and logistics teams to address fulfillment and supply challenges
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams on campaigns and product positioning
  • Support structural integration of ecommerce processes and tools

Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Conduct account analysis and forecasting to determine demand and timing
  • Track and report sales performance
  • Support achievement of annual sales goals
  • Work closely with sales team members and independent reps
  • Provide guidance to sales administration personnel
  • Participate in training and knowledge‑sharing

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel approximately 35% , including domestic and occasional international travel
  • Participation in customer visits, trade shows, and annual sales meetings
  • Opportunity to travel alongside team members as part of onboarding and development

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, ecommerce, or consumer‑packaged goods
  • Experience managing ecommerce accounts or online retail platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising, pricing strategies, and forecasting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
