As a Relationship Manager II - C&IB within PNC's Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Pensacola, FL or Mobile, AL. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
Work with clients with moderate levels of risk and complexity.
Operate under moderate supervision; work within guidelines to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen market share.
Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
Actively identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
Provide ideas and insights based on the client's needs and financial well-being; increase client engagement and loyalty.
Maintain an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones and enhance the client experience.
Present the full range of PNC's products and services, bringing the entire bank to the client.
Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals.
Qualifications
University/college degree with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience; comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
Strong knowledge of book of business and client relationship building.
Experience in credit, credit products, customer engagement, decision making, financial analysis, and identifying sales opportunities.
Competencies in business acumen, client relationship management, customer experience management, critical thinking, effective communication, prospecting, selling, and tech savvy.
Preferred certifications in relevant banking or finance areas are not mandatory.
