To enhance customer experiences, the full-time Communication Specialist will resolve inquiries related to payments and inventory, provide support through various channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, and general concerns through phone, email, and chat
Partner with Shared Services teams to identify solutions and assist with process improvements
Meet Quality Assurance and performance expectations while building strong relationships with dealerships and leadership
Required qualifications
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Associate's degree preferred, but not required
Background in banking, finance, or accounting strongly preferred
Experience with ancillary products such as GAP and related F&I products is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
