Focusing on driving distribution through the Global Reseller Community, the full-time Bilingual Channel Sales Manager will recruit resellers, lead deal execution, and partner with internal teams to enhance business results.
Key responsibilities
Recruit and manage relationships with resellers to expand distribution of Square's products
Lead all aspects of deal execution, including target identification, business case development, and contract negotiation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership launches and accountability for business outcomes
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in developing distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, and VARs
Deep understanding of the Global Reseller landscape and market dynamics
Strong analytical skills to demonstrate ROI for partner initiatives
Excellent project management skills with experience leading global initiatives
Strategic thinking with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities
