Leading a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives, the remote Senior Director of Strategic Accounts will drive team performance to exceed quotas, cultivate customer relationships, and support business growth within the retail vertical.
Key responsibilities
Inspire and manage the Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to achieve their goals and objectives
Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success
Participate in regional growth plans, ensuring forecast accuracy and building a high-growth business
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience leading high-growth sales teams in Big Data, Cloud, Analytics, or AI sectors
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise technology environments
Familiarity with value selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger
Experience in developing partner ecosystems for strategic enterprise growth
Strong background in the retail industry is preferred
