Driving the strategy and performance of member engagement, the full-time remote Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead initiatives focused on customer lifetime value, subscription frequency, and retention through personalized and omnichannel marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities

Own and evolve the loyalty and CRM strategy, including the subscription lifecycle vision and long-term roadmap
Oversee the design and execution of automated lifecycle journeys across engagement platforms, ensuring seamless omnichannel campaign orchestration
Establish and monitor KPIs focused on churn reduction and member health, leading advanced experimentation strategies for performance optimization

Required qualifications

6-8+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a DTC or subscription environment
Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms, specifically Iterable, and audience segmentation
Strong understanding of customer data architecture and martech ecosystems
Demonstrated success in leading testing and optimization programs at scale
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams
