Account Executive - Online Division - Grand Canyon University (Pooler, GA). This is a community-based opportunity with a goal-oriented environment and opportunities for advancement. Starting salary is $75,000 per year with potential six-figure earnings after years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor. New hire training will be in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus.

Responsibilities

Strategy and execution: identify and implement event/activity plans for your territory, raise awareness of our online programs for education, healthcare, and business, drive inquiry generation, and build high-impact partnerships. Deliver informational presentations, calls, and emails to maximize value.

Partner and influencer: provide counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners in-person, by phone, or via email. Promote the GCE mission and student success.

Heart and Hustle: support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process and guide them toward a successful online learning experience; work independently to meet ambitious targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. No delinquent or default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report (current if in rehabilitation).

Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, including travel.

Clear communication skills for in-person, written, and phone interactions; strong listening skills.

Self-motivation and drive to succeed; take ownership of time spent with students.

High emotional intelligence with ability to coach diverse students and nurture partner relationships.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, flexible schedule; willingness to travel; clean driving record; some events may require evenings/weekends.

Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred/Bonus

Relevant industry-related professional experience.

Experience with CRM tools.
