This role provides advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. The primary responsibilities include serving as the trusted advisor, acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships, collaborating with teammates, and facilitating client relationships with Product Specialists. You will identify cross‑selling opportunities and increase overall client satisfaction through knowledge of the bank's products and services.
Responsibilities

Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues from $50million to $2billion.
Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancement of existing relationships.
Interpret financial and cash‑flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
Collaborate with domestic and international teammates throughout the bank, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management.
Facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions.
Lead and facilitate dialogue with complex clients and prospects regarding industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues.
Coach and mentor peers, utilizing leadership skills.
Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions.

Majors in business, finance, or economics preferred. MBA desirable.
Required Skills

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
Proven ability to manage an extensive client portfolio.
Track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.
Professional sales skills, including planning, execution, and follow‑up of client meetings.
Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
Financial modeling experience and completion of formal credit training required.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability and team facilitation skills.
Must obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and 63 licenses within 180 days of start date.
Desired Skills

Existing knowledge of the market preferred.
Active networking contacts and centers of influence established in the market.
Active member/participation in local community organizations.
Minimum Education Requirements

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience. Majors in business, finance, or economics preferred. MBA desirable.
