Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. The incumbent serves as the primary point of contact or trusted advisor, acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships while collaborating with teammates and facilitating client relationships with Product Specialists.
Responsibilities

Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50million to $2billion.
Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
Analyze financial and cash‑flow statements to assess and analyze companies’ financial conditions and industry trends.
Collaborate with domestic and international teammates across Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions.
Lead and facilitate dialogue with clients on industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues.
Coach and mentor peers, utilizing leadership skills and experience.
Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
Proven track record of managing an extensive client portfolio, prospecting new business, enhancing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.
Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen, with financial modeling experience.
Completion of formal credit training required.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability and the capacity to organize, facilitate, lead, and negotiate with a team of bank associates.
Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics preferred; MBA desirable.
Existing knowledge of the market, active networking contacts, and Centers of Influence established in the market.
Active member or participation in local community organizations.
Licensing Requirements

Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license required.
Series7 & 63 license required within 180days of hire.
