Role Summary: A leader that is committed to community engagement, correct brand representation, and marketing within our local restaurant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains strong relationships with local schools, businesses, churches, nonprofits and community partners
Creates a comprehensive marketing plan to support restaurant goals
Plans and Executes community events throughout the year
Manages sponsorships and donations
Maintains relevant marketing signage
Monitor and report metrics related to marketing activities
Produce marketing assets as needed
Manage social media presence and social media guest communications
Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management
Qualifications & Skills:
Demonstrates a friendly demeanor and willingness to serve
Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency
Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen
Able to implement systems and work well with a leadership team
Proficiency in social media platforms, design programs, and basic analytics
Able to work independently and pay attention to details
Able to handle multiple projects at once
Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time
Demonstrates professionalism with strong verbal and written communication
Demonstrates unquestionable integrity
Preferred: Proven marketing experience
