Owning the full sales cycle, the remote Account Director - Sales will manage pipeline and client relationships, drive revenue through outbound efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent deal flow and high-quality client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage pipeline across outbound opportunities while partnering with assigned BDRs for lead generation
Own the full sales cycle from discovery calls to contract execution, including proposal presentation and negotiation
Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting while tracking sales activity and deal progression
Required Qualifications
Previous sales experience is required
Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising is preferred
Strong negotiation and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
Existing book of business is a plus
