Key responsibilities
Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
Manage and expand client accounts by balancing new business development and client retention efforts
Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
Strong prospecting skills through phone, email, social media, and networking
Experience using CRM tools for disciplined pipeline management
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
