Role: Delivery Partner - Telecom - Communication Media and Information Services Location: Plano, TX Responsibilities:
Working in a cross functional environment with Delivery team, Pre-Sales and Solutions team.
Responsible for Operational Governance with customer and internal reviews
Look for opportunities within the existing areas
Responsible for working with partners
SLA and other matrix reporting internally & end customer
Create a culture of accountability towards positive business and customer experience outcomes.
Will manage a team of 50 - 100 team members initially Requirements:
At least 18-20 Years of experience in managing B2B Telecom operations across multiple locations
Excellent communication and People management skills #LI-AD1
