Our client is seeking an

Enterprise Content Strategist

to join their team!

Key Responsibilities

Lead content discovery conversations with business stakeholders and SMEs.

Assess content for accuracy, usefulness, relevance, duplication and employee value.

Help stakeholders move from business‑centric content to personalized employee‑centered content.

Recommend content actions including keep, update, rewrite, merge, archive or delete.

Create content briefs, page outlines, rewrite recommendations and content hierarchy guidance.

Write, edit or restructure content, define and apply content standards for tone, clarity, structure and naming.

Support stakeholder review cycles and help resolve content decision issues.

Identify content ownership gaps and recommend sustainable governance practices.

Partner with Design on information architecture, page structure, navigation and content flow.

Partner with the project manager to support prioritization, sequencing and stakeholder readiness.

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in content strategy, enterprise communications, UX writing or a related field.

Strong ability to work with stakeholders and SMEs across multiple business areas.

Experience auditing, organizing, rewriting or improving large volumes of digital content.

Strong writing, editing and content structuring skills.

Ability to translate complex or fragmented information into clear employee‑facing content.

Understanding of user‑centered content principles and digital experience best practices, including accessibility WCAG 2.2 AA and plain‑language principles.

Comfortable making recommendations and constructively challenging outdated, duplicative or low‑value content.

Strong collaboration skills with project managers, designers, content producers and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with employee intranets, enterprise portals, knowledge bases or large corporate websites.

Experience working in Sitecore or another commercial CMS.

Familiarity with content governance, content lifecycle management, personalization, taxonomy, metadata or information architecture.

Experience supporting content transformation, migration or refresh initiatives.
