Location
Hybrid; local to Westchester, Bronx, New Rochelle, Manhattan, NY or New Jersey (if willing to travel to NY).

Shift Timing
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)

Pay Rate
$55 per hour on W2 basis.

Overview
Conduct UAS Assessments to support care management. Assigned a minimum of 13-15 cases per week (approximately 3 cases per day). Each case contains 200 questions and may take up to 2 hours to complete.

Orientation and Training
5 days for current UAS certified RNs. Recent graduates receive training over the first few weeks.

Field Visits
Field visits are conducted daily within the specified territories.

Eligibility
Must be bilingual in any of the following languages: Chinese, Korean, Bengali, Spanish.

Experience
UAS certified RN licensed in the state of New York or recent NY State RN graduate.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Health Education. Combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree.

Certification
NY State RN license.
