Insurance Sales Professional
We are seeking a licensed insurance professional who enjoys leading sales conversations, uncovering coverage gaps, and helping customers make informed decisions to protect what matters most. This is a sales-first role, not a customer service position. While follow-through and documentation matter, the primary focus is advising, selling, and growing relationships through meaningful, needs-based conversations. Sales & Advising
Conduct needs-based conversations with prospective and existing customers
Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
Educate customers on insurance and financial service products
Business Development
Develop leads and schedule appointments
Engage in outbound activity and proactive follow-up
Consistently work toward individual and team production goals
Professional Accountability
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Participate in coaching, training, and performance development
What We're Looking For
Active Property & Casualty license (required to begin employment)
Active Life & Health license (required to begin employment)
If not currently licensed, must be highly motivated and willing to obtain required licenses within a defined pre-employment timeframe
Strong communicator with confidence leading sales conversations
Motivated by growth, performance, and measurable results
Comfortable with outbound activity and proactive follow-up
Team-oriented but personally accountable for outcomes
Note: We are open to speaking with motivated candidates who are not yet licensed but are serious about building a professional sales career in insurance. Licensing must be completed before starting in the role.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
Expected total compensation: $54,000
$81,000+ per year (no cap)
No expectation of nights or weekends
