We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support property marketing, company marketing initiatives, digital content, and marketing operations.



Position Overview

The Marketing Manager serves as the central hub for Hunter Advisors' marketing efforts, coordinating property launches, company communications, social media, website content, thought leadership initiatives, and marketing workflows.

This role requires a unique blend of organization, project management, communication, and creativity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and takes pride in ensuring every detail is executed accurately and on schedule.



Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Marketing & Listing Launches

  • Coordinate marketing launches for hotel investment opportunities nationwide
  • Build and maintain property listings within marketing platforms
  • Create and distribute property email campaigns
  • Update listing statuses including Call for Offers, Tours, Under Contract, and Sold announcements
  • Maintain consistency across all marketing channels
  • Coordinate broker approvals and revisions
  • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate and launched on schedule

Company Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives for Hunter Advisors
  • Create and schedule company social media content
  • Promote transaction announcements, company milestones, awards, speaking engagements, and industry recognition
  • Assist with public relations, media opportunities, and company communications
  • Maintain and update company website content
  • Help develop new marketing campaigns and content ideas that strengthen the Hunter Advisors brand

Teague Talks & Thought Leadership Content

  • Coordinate marketing and promotion of Teague Talks episodes
  • Create social media content, email promotions, and website updates for new releases
  • Assist with content planning and publishing schedules
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media and promotional content
  • Track and organize content assets including video clips, graphics, and promotional materials
  • Support the continued growth of Hunter Advisors' thought leadership platform

Marketing Operations

  • Manage marketing calendars and project timelines
  • Coordinate multiple deadlines across listings, company initiatives, and content releases
  • Maintain marketing databases and records
  • Monitor launch schedules and prioritize competing projects
  • Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities
  • Assist with reporting and performance tracking

Hunter Conference Support

  • Assist with marketing initiatives related to the Hunter Conference
  • Support conference announcements, content promotion, and attendee communications
  • Coordinate social media and digital marketing efforts surrounding conference programming and events



QualificationsRequired

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience with WordPress or website content management systems
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Hospitality, real estate, conference, or agency experience
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
