Managing a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts, the full-time Renewal Account Executive will focus on client retention and revenue growth through proactive outreach and virtual presentations, working remotely within the EST and CST time zones.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow client accounts through 40-60 daily outbound calls, generating quotes and closing renewal opportunities
Address client objections and effectively communicate the benefits of Pitney Bowes' solutions to retain core revenue
Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales activities using Salesforce
Required qualifications
Direct experience in a sales capacity, particularly in Inside Sales
Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain, with a focus on SaaS solutions
Demonstrated success in client retention and closing business in virtual environments
Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Ability to initiate a high volume of outbound sales calls effectively
