Managing a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts, the full-time remote Renewal Account Executive will focus on client retention through proactive outreach, generating quotes, and closing renewal opportunities while utilizing Salesforce for sales activities.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts through 40-60 daily outbound calls
Generate quotes and process orders to retain core revenue while addressing client objections
Document sales activities and manage forecasting using Salesforce
Required qualifications
Direct experience in a sales capacity, particularly in Inside Sales
Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain, including carrier solutions
Strong experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in eCommerce or shipping
Demonstrated success in client retention and closing business virtually
Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
