We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in long-term care marketing, excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of payer systems such as Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance providers. This is a strategic leadership role that offers the opportunity to drive business growth while fostering community and referral source relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Design and implement advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the community and with key referral sources.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships with media outlets, affiliates, and other relevant organizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, case managers, and social workers on strategic planning and business development efforts.
Requirements
- Education: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing and management, with a preference for candidates experienced in long-term care (LTC) marketing.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems.
- Additional Considerations: A clinical background is highly beneficial.
