Responsibilities
- New business identification and procurement
- Analyze market competition and trends within various business segments
- Assist in developing, implementing, and controlling the hotel's sales and marketing plan
- Create and maintain strong business relationships within various market segments
- Manage sales-related activities for the property
- Maximize and enhance room and event revenues to meet and exceed the hotel's revenue goals
- Retain and grow existing business to maximize profitability
- Support department goals by coaching Sales Team Members in the sales process
- Act in the absence of the Corporate Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to maximize hotel service and profitability
