Senior Marketing Manager As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll own and drive highly visible strategic marketing initiatives. You'll lead cross-functional teams and coach and mentor others. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, offering forward-looking marketing solutions, overseeing strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders. You'll champion for our customer, weigh in with strategic and tactical feedback, lead cross-functional teams, monitor marketing plan performance, identify areas of opportunity, and work closely with other marketing leaders. Additionally, you'll coach and mentor others, develop strong relationships with internal teams, apply advanced-level subject matter knowledge, and serve as a team or project leader. Qualifications include 7+ years of experience in marketing, advanced verbal/written communication and presentation skills, advanced leadership and influencing skills, advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills, advanced analytical skills, ability to drive long-term brand equity growth, ability to lead large cross-functional project teams, ability to gain alignment with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, attention to detail, and ability to demonstrate perseverance in achieving complex/ambiguous goals. A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or experience is required.
