B2B Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive

High-Growth Wellness Brand, Southwest Charlotte, NC – 100% onsite

$50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Ready to sell a product people actually want? We’re partnered with a fast-growing, founder‑led wellness company that’s reshaping the plant‑based alternative space with premium botanical products—including high‑demand kratom and kava.

What You’ll Do

Make high‑volume outbound calls to retailers and open new doors daily

Introduce and sell a premium, high‑margin product line

Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close, repeat

Build long‑term relationships with wholesale partners

Educate business owners on product mix and revenue opportunities

Manage pipeline and activity in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Turn inbound interest into closed deals

Partner with leadership to identify trends and growth opportunities

High call volume and a higher conversion rate

Pipeline is organized, accurate, and growing

Contributing to a scalable, winning sales playbook

What We’re Looking For

Proven closer mentality driven by results and revenue

Strong communication skills, especially over the phone

Confidence handling objections and building trust quickly

Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or high‑volume cold calling

Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment

CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
