Sales Manager For Laboratory Services In Food Analytics

Do you love sales, know your way around laboratory analytics, and want to make a difference? Then you’re in the right place! We are looking for a sales manager who, with passion and drive, will advance the sales of our laboratory services in the field of food analytics in Germany.
Responsibilities

Your tasks:
You develop and manage target customers

from first contact to key account
You bring fresh momentum to new customer acquisition

and build new business relationships
You manage your pipeline

and keep all administrative tasks under control
You plan and forecast your sales success

and steer your KPIs like a pro
You take care of strategically important customers

that have great potential
You keep an eye on prices and margins , always within the framework of budget guidelines and internal policies
You work closely with marketing, laboratory, audit, and other teams

- together you are strong
You present our solutions convincingly , whether in person, via video, phone, or at events
You analyze market trends and customer needs

to develop tailored offers
You ensure transparency and efficiency

in your sales planning and collaboration
Qualifications

What you bring:
At least

5 years of sales experience , ideally in the TIC industry or in the laboratory field
Proven successes in

sales and business development
Negotiation skills, presentation strength, and persuasiveness
Networking mindset

and the ability to recognize new business opportunities
Creative and entrepreneurial thinking

to seize opportunities - whether niche or large customer
Travel readiness , including occasional overnight stays
Very good

German

and good English skills
Residence in Germany, preferably in

North Rhine-Westphalia (North), Lower Saxony, or Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein
