An exciting opportunity has arisen with a highly respected, science-led skincare innovator as they continue to expand their presence across the German market.

We are searching for a National Sales Manager (Germany) to lead and accelerate commercial growth across the dermo-cosmetic and OTC dermatology space.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with full national responsibility, P&L ownership, and the opportunity to shape the next phase of growth for a premium, medically positioned skincare portfolio with strong international heritage.

The role will involve:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team
  • Driving growth across dermatologists, pharmacies, aesthetic clinics, med spas, and selective retail/perfumery channels
  • Executing strategic commercial initiatives and national sales plans
  • Supporting upcoming product launches and market expansion activities
  • Working cross-functionally with international stakeholders in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

We are particularly interested in speaking with:

  • Existing National Sales Managers within dermo-cosmetics, dermatology, aesthetics, or premium skincare
  • High-performing Regional Sales Managers ready to step into a broader national leadership role
  • Candidates with strong networks across dermatology and pharmacy channels in Germany
  • Commercially driven individuals with experience managing premium/science-led brands
