Overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to drive project intake planning governance tracking reporting and stakeholder coordination across digital web operations. This role will support end-to-end delivery management for web and content initiatives including intake triage, tiering, Site PM coordination, governance reviews, backlog tracking, reporting and closure management. The scope also includes request management, documentation lifecycle tracking, cross-functional coordination, review cycles, KPI reporting and task tracking.
Responsibilities

Manage project intake request triage and prioritization across the portfolio
Perform PMO tiering and classification based on complexity, priority, timelines and business impact
Coordinate Site PM assignment and track project ownership across requests
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management from intake to closure
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking and governance checkpoints
Track backlog delivery timelines, dependencies, blockers and escalations
Run weekly governance reviews, status reviews and stakeholder communication cadence
Manage gate checklist approvals, quality checkpoints and closure documentation
Consolidate updates from engineering, content, QA and business teams for unified reporting
Prepare weekly, monthly and executive-level reports covering status, KPIs, risks and delivery health
Support workload planning, capacity planning and prioritization discussions
Ensure action items, review comments and stakeholder feedback are tracked to closure
Maintain documentation such as project trackers, status dashboards, meeting notes and reporting artifacts
Partner with customer stakeholders and internal teams to improve delivery discipline and visibility
Required Skills

Strong PMO project management experience in digital web, CMS or marketing operations projects
Experience managing multiple parallel requests, stakeholders and delivery timelines
Strong governance, reporting, risk management and escalation handling skills
Experience in intake management, backlog tracking, prioritization and project lifecycle management
Ability to build and manage dashboards, status reports, trackers and executive summaries
Strong communication and coordination skills across business, engineering, QA and operations teams
Experience with tools such as WorkFront, Azure DevOps, Jira, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams
Strong attention to detail in tracking deliverables, approvals, dependencies and closure items
Ability to work with onsite and offshore teams in a structured delivery model
Preferred Skills

Experience in web operations, content operations (AEM, WordPress) or digital platform delivery
Familiarity with SLA/KPI reporting and service delivery governance
Experience supporting Microsoft or other enterprise-scale delivery environments
Basic understanding of release planning, QA gates, localization handoff and web publishing lifecycle
Experience in process improvement, automation or AI-assisted reporting
Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field. PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Experience Range

8 years for PMO Lead/PMO Manager; 5 years for PMO Analyst/PMO Coordinator type roles.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
