Summary
Lead and execute the Private Client strategy for the Western region, driving sustainable growth with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients. Serve as a strategic leader and brand ambassador responsible for financial performance, brand desirability, and delivering exceptional personalized luxury experiences while developing a high-performing regional team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to UHNWI and HNW markets.
- Identify and recruit new Private Clients through networks, referrals, and partnerships.
- Own regional Private Client sales budgets and revenue objectives with P&L accountability.
- Supervise sales activities, forecasting, and receivables management.
- Act as brand ambassador and lead regional marketing and event initiatives.
- Manage Private Client marketing and engagement budgets to maximize ROI.
- Personally develop and manage key UHNWI relationships at regional level.
- Drive CRM excellence by optimizing tool usage and data accuracy.
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Private Client Directors and Managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of client development sales and marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or wines and spirits.
- Proven track record in Private Client or luxury sectors with P&L experience.
- Established network of UHNWI contacts and strong social and networking skills.
- Strong leadership, people development, and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of UHNWI expectations and luxury service standards.
- Excellent relationship building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to operate in a matrixed international environment.
