We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven
Sales Manager
to join a growing and well-established Collections company in the greater Charlotte Metro area. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and has a proven ability to generate revenue, build lasting client relationships, and close strategic business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
Utilize existing professional relationships and industry connections to generate immediate revenue opportunities.
Build, manage, and expand long-term client partnerships while identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.
Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, track activity metrics, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Represent company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
Demonstrate a history of sales success through measurable KPIs, revenue growth, and achievement of performance goals.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Proven history of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable business growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Self‑motivated, competitive, and capable of managing multiple opportunities in a results‑oriented environment.
Strong networking abilities with a talent for developing and maintaining professional relationships.
