Business Development Manager
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven business development manager to join a growing and well-established collections company in the greater Charlotte Metro area. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and has a proven ability to generate revenue, build lasting client relationships, and close strategic business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of industry contacts, a consultative sales approach, and a strong track record of exceeding performance goals.

Location:

Concord, NC 28025

Annual Base Salary:

$85,000–$95,000/yr.

Commission Structure:

10% commission on all new client revenue generated during the client’s first year

5% commission on client revenue generated after the first year

2.5% commission on client revenue generated after five years
