Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary strategic lead for assigned client accounts
- Build strong, trust-based relationships through proactive communication and accountability
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Translate business goals into actionable and realistic marketing strategies
Paid Media Strategy & Optimization
- Own high-level paid media strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital channels
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, etc.)
- Partner with internal teams on campaign execution, testing, and optimization initiatives
- Align strategy with client goals, budgets, and growth objectives
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Oversee reporting and present clear, actionable insights to clients
- Connect campaign performance to broader business outcomes (revenue, lead quality, growth)
- Simplify complex data into practical recommendations
Project & Team Coordination
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, creatives, and analysts
- Ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with client expectations
- Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple accounts
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance strategy, reporting, and workflows
- Identify process improvements that drive efficiency and better client outcomes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client strategy (5+ preferred)
- Strong background in paid media strategy (Meta, Google, and similar platforms)
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead strategic conversations
- Data-driven mindset with experience translating performance metrics into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation platforms is highly preferred
