Strategically enhancing sales processes, the full-time remote Director of Sales Enablement will build a strong enablement foundation, collaborate with commercial teams, and develop high-quality sales materials that align with brand standards.
Key responsibilities
Establish deep knowledge of the brand and enterprise sales process to guide interactions with prospects and clients
Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify and address sales enablement needs throughout the sales cycle
Oversee the Proposals team to ensure the creation of compelling proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations
Required qualifications
6+ years of experience in sales enablement, enterprise sales, or related commercial roles
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in complex sales environments
Experience with proposal management and RFP processes
Proven ability to develop sales assets such as pitch decks and case studies
Excellent project management skills and stakeholder management abilities
