Senior Sales Enablement Manager

To support the growth of the sales team, the full-time hybrid Senior Sales Enablement Manager will design onboarding programs, create a comprehensive Commercial Sales Playbook, and enable coaching for SDR and Commercial Sales leadership to enhance productivity and pipeline performance.
Key responsibilities

Design and execute tailored onboarding and success plans for SDRs and Commercial AEs
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and maintain the Commercial Sales Playbook and associated content
Enable coaching for SDR and Commercial Managers, providing tools and frameworks for performance improvement

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement with a strong background as a top-performing SDR/AE
Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs and processes
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, BANT)
Proficiency in Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Gong)
Experience with AI-assisted prospecting tools is a significant advantage
